At Zobel, you’re invited to witness and take part in the full traditional coffee ceremony: from roasting green beans over open flame, to grinding and brewing in a jebena (clay pot), to sharing three delicate rounds of rich, aromatic coffee. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility wherever possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM local time) will not incur any charges. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us in writing or through your booking platform before this time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. In the case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the first night's rate will be charged in full. Any eligible refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Zobel Resort.
